Which Orc hero do you prefer?

Are your troops being beaten by a Necromancer using the "subjugate" skill?

Necromancers with the "subjugate" skill are a completely different matter. :)

And if we're talking about logistics, IMO, you can't do anything in the late game without it.

No matter how many times I've played, I always manage to acquire it and do so quite quickly. :)

So, in my opinion, you're underestimating it.

I'm not underestimating it; just try it yourself, and everything will become clear. :)

Or when lizards defeat them in a single attack thanks to their ability to ignore armor.

That's an extreme case... I'm talking in general terms. :)
