You see, kj1313, the thing is that compared to 3.2, Platinum has a lot of bugs that can be skillfully exploited. And if you say that it's impossible to play on Platinum, many will refuse to participate – not everyone has SoD. And so that everything is fair, there are rules according to which offline tournaments are held… so that those who play on Platinum don’t have an advantage over those who play on 3.2.
