Guys, can you tell me how to sign up for a tournament and where to read the rules? If it's the same top-level tournament, which page is it on? 40 pages is a lot to go through:(

Check any post by Invisiblе – it has all the links. As for the tournaments, check the topic with the table of current online tournaments in the general topic about Heroes III Tournament ONLINE. As far as I know, all current tournaments are already underway, and there is no registration for them, so I suggest you just play with someone from the local community on the HW rating (again, check any post by Invisiblе).
