The genie has a flawed moral compass, and morality doesn't affect an undead vampire, therefore the vampire will move more often than the genie.

And even if the genie had negative morality, it wouldn't move less, it would just have its turn come last in the round, which doesn't matter in this case since the vampire has a speed of 8 and the genie has a speed of 6.

I'm not arguing that the vampire will defeat the genie in a 1-on-1 fight. But comparing these units in such a battle is pointless. The vampire is a melee unit that can be sent forward against enemies without much hesitation, sometimes with magical support, while genies are needed for slowing down enemies, for songs, sometimes for morale boosts, rarely for cowardice, and then, when the enemies are safely slowed down and still far away, they can be shot with ice arrows.
