1v1: A Vampire is stronger than a Djinn. The Vampire has around 75 health. From turn 2 (or maybe even turn 1), the Vampire will bite the Djinn and restore health after the arrow attack. Then, it's a melee fight where the Djinn loses. Although the Djinn can still use magic, it probably won't help him at this point. The Djinn's morale is lowered, but the Vampire is undead, so morale doesn't affect him. Therefore, the Vampire will move more often than the Djinn.
