Diplomacy
Allows for effective negotiation with hostile creatures. Increases the chance that creatures will decide to join your army and reduces the price that must be paid for it.

The hero donates 250 gold coins per turn to your treasury.

Conscription
Increases the weekly growth of level 1, 2, and 3 creatures by +1, +2, and +3 respectively. The hero must be in a friendly town on the last day of the week for this ability to work.

Adds +2 to the Ranger's Attack. War Dancers join his army. Their number depends on the week number.
