Indeed, it's better for children to watch Smeshariki than all sorts of Simpsons, Futurama, and Woody (the latter really annoys me, and it annoys me even more that my brother watches it) and other American "brain-burning" cartoons. A kind cartoon, comparable to "Well, Just You Wait!" and other Soviet cartoons, has naturally acquired a modern touch, but that's perfectly normal and doesn't spoil my impression of it at all :) And Sieverfall gets a +1 from me; I agree with him 100% :)
The "Smeshariki" tariff is just a commercial trick and nothing more. Mallasa, I understand that you're joking, but... don't look for hidden meanings where there aren't any, otherwise, that's a problem ;)
