After a long search... I found some software... here is the description:
GENERAL
=======
MM8LevelEditor is a tool for extracting and viewing resources from Might and Magic 6, Might and Magic 7, and Might and Magic 8.
Ultimately, the goal is to be able to customize these resources to create new content for MM6-8.

This tool was announced by UnLod and MM7View, and covers almost all of the functionality of MM. Essentially, this tool is an extension of the UnLod 2.0 beta tool. You can find the latest release of UnLod at mm8leveleditor sources.

This tool also uses Java MEDIA (JMF). http://java.sun.com/products/java-media/jmf/ for more information.

MM8LevelEditor is hosted on SourceForge.net, which generously provides all the resources for the development, creation, and support of this package.

USAGE
=====
This tool requires Java Runtime 1.4.

You can find the program at

The main java script can be found at

After Java is installed, you should run this program with "java -mm8leveleditor.jar


Settings for this application are stored in a file called "MM8LevelEditor.properties"
