But now, I think it's obvious that if there are several drawings, it should be done according to the scheme proposed by vbn. But I would prefer a single drawing. The most important thing is that this will simplify the implementation of the contest, eliminate possible confusion and problems with anonymity (which was supported, if not by everyone, then by most). Furthermore, Lelya expressed a reasonable idea about creating a separate thread for the contest. Indeed, it would be more appropriate in the corresponding "contests" section. Then, in the first post, all the rules (of which there aren't many) should be added, as well as a list of participants and other useful information. Later (after June 10th), the drawings will be added to this same first post, and the contest itself will begin. I don't think it's necessary to keep the selection of drawings secret (after all, these aren't moderator elections). It would be great if everyone expressed their opinion about each drawing separately (which is necessary for assigning nominations), and this thread should be used to discuss issues related to the organization of the contest. And finally, the last point: there have already been suggestions to make the contest regular. In my opinion, once a year is too rare; after all, excellent drawings can be created much more often. The most optimal options for me seem to be holding the contest every six months or every season.
