Shadar and I constantly encounter this problem... And, as I understand it, this yellow color appears due to the low speed of the modem... For example:
We have relatively low speeds. And the yellow color flashes almost always.
But, for example, when connecting with Vaishan, the yellow color never appeared; the light turns green in a couple of seconds.
The only solution (we and Shadar thought about it and came up with it, maybe we're wrong...), is to either buy a new modem or download an internet accelerator from the web... But the problem is that it's almost impossible to find free accelerators.
