Which creatures from the alternative upgrade options do you choose?

When I first played Tribes of the East, I always chose new units for each faction to test their abilities. And regarding definitive choices: I have a few. Stronghold: a completely demonic upgrade, except for the wyverns. Necropolis: always new liches, dragons, and vampires. Sylvan: always new druids and nymphs.
