Morale system.

Reputation is a sublimation... :) People start posting their well-thought-out ideas and get a boost in their reputation score (BD) for it, then a shift in perception occurs, and people start posting more to get a positive rating... What does this mean? Usually, it leads to spam... What's more important - constructive communication or feeding one's ego? Probably, it depends on the person... But for me, it's not very interesting to communicate with people who focus on the latter... because their words are usually empty. Sorry for being so frank. BD isn't that important for an adult... but since it exists on the forum, let it be, as long as it doesn't interfere with the forum's functionality. Either remove it completely or make it unobtrusive, like an option. And it's good that they removed the links under the posts. It was too cluttered and didn't provide much useful information. If someone needs to, there's a way to check their BD in another way.
