I personally don't see much point in the morale system. Maybe it exists, but I don't notice it. It's simply because many people don't know how to use this system: they give a "negative" rating to reputation just because they disagree with someone's opinion (or is that how it's supposed to be?). I have a lot of these "negative" ratings. But I haven't used any slang, and I've tried to express myself clearly in almost every post... My contributions were mostly criticism. Is that something that should be punished? In general, for the reasons mentioned above, I don't pay any attention to my morale. At the same time, some users have even developed something like a reputation obsession (if I can call it that): they write congratulations to everyone (most likely even to users they don't know), congratulate each other on getting another "badge," and react strongly to a decrease in their reputation. But what did they get this "badge" for? If it's for sending congratulations, then it's not worth anything. It's a different story if a person organizes Tournaments or offers ideas for the game's development. In general, it's not worth paying attention to the morale system, and it would be even better to remove it.
