Cool idea, we should discuss within the clan whether we will participate.
And a few more questions, will the result be calculated based on the best playthroughs of the clan's players, or will each player play independently for their clan?

I think each clan should nominate two people for the tournament, maybe two with 3 alternates and 2 others with 5. At the end, there will be two nominations: the first for quest maps and the second for blitz games. Although, I have a feeling that whoever wins the quests will also win the blitz. The maps were created without any excessive difficulty. And here's the thing: all residents of HW and all members of all clans can play, but only the two best (or three if many people from the clans show up) will be counted for the clan's score.
