In 3.5, of course, it's the Azure Dragons. Without them, in Erathia for example, it's just Black Dragons and Archangels. In 5, Phoenixes are 100%, without them, it's Black Dragons, then Emerald Dragons, and Titans. Cyclops are also not bad. And Archangels in 5 are just weaklings, not level 7 creatures.
