I know perfectly well what a setting is, and as a person who not only enjoys Fallout but is also a huge fan of it, and also a terrible hater of Bethesda, I can say that there definitely isn't a Pip-Boy in that position (with the finger) :P

You'll be surprised to learn how many people agree with you. They all think the same thing: "I'm saying everything correctly" :D :D :D
And by the way, when I was talking about cockroaches, I meant not that a person has "screwed up screws," but rather that everyone has their own way of thinking.
And again, after reading that forum thread, I agreed with you much more than after all your convincing arguments because then I saw it directly, so to speak.
