Siv, Vikha's avatar doesn't belong to any setting; it's just a grinning Pip-Boy, a "character" that "exists" in Fallout. There's no such image in the game itself; they aren't even colored. :crazy:

The setting encompasses everything that exists "in the world of Fallout," not just the game itself. And in the setting, it exists, as someone who is passionate about it can confidently say.

No offense, but yes))))) Just remember that everyone has their own quirks, so there's nothing supernatural about it.
