I am and remain against pre-registration for tournaments. Whoever plays, plays, and if there's no final result, there's no point in shouting "Register me too!"... The results of these applications are obvious. On average, no more than 30% actually play, the rest just chat in the thread and mislead... And this isn't the first time...
