Raper, these little lights on the sides don't look very good – they stand out too much. Try using a devil image not from Nival's standard artifacts, but from here - http://nival.com/homm5_ru/contest/prize/

Joker, it seems that this banner will be too tall. It would be better if you made it wider and about one and a half times shorter in height (there are empty spaces on the sides, which looks bad).
