New forum skin – Discussion.

Okay, I've created a header for Sylvana optimized for 1024x768 resolution.
1) Slightly adjusted the color.
2) Stretched the elf on the right (it turned out a bit blurry, but now he doesn't look so cramped).
The archive includes logo_center.jpg and skin.css
