Round 3
Volland vs Mizrael
Mizrael (Castle, Valeska, Jabarkas) def Volland (red, Fortress, Bron) 126
They made me start with Valeska, but Catherine didn't mess up and showed up at the tavern :). Jabarkas was also there, what more could you ask for - we build archers, upgrade them, and start destroying everything around. My main hero is leveling up great, he learned tactics, and the archers often get a morale boost from the artifact, it's a blessing. Week's results: Jabarkas is level 9, I have a stable with Castle creatures and a Stronghold, a secondary elf town - pegasi + Stronghold, a hidden stash of pegasi and unicorns, everything is bought. On day 121, I buy more creatures from the hidden stashes and the ramp - another pegasus stash is destroyed under a lot of minotaurs, Jabarkas prepares to rush to his main town with a couple of squads, I send the elves to a scout - to upgrade and clear out what's nearby. From the main town, I buy horses and send them for upgrading, it's just a creature-buying frenzy :) On day 125, Jabarkas, with his entire army, destroys the naga bank near the capital and prepares to attack the dwarf town and the Fortress the next day (just enough money for a ransom for everything), luckily, I didn't have anyone to speed up my main hero that day... On day 126, Bron comes out of the portal and attacks. Battle:
Jabarkas, level 11, expert in attack, archery, tactics, and earth magic, 13-5-3-3. Army: 15 grand elves, 32 marksmen, 5 champions, 4 unicorns, 27 centaurs, 25 pegasi, and some other creatures. +3 morale and 1 luck from artifacts from the crypts.
Bron, level 8, expert in defense and resistance, advanced tactics and wisdom, 3-10-2-1. Army: 2 angels, 7 wyverns, 14 minotaurs, a lot of lizards, 80+ gnolls, and some basilisks.
Since Jabarkas has better tactics, I manage to protect all the archers in the corner. In the first round, I bless the crossbowmen, in the second, the elves... Luck and morale were pouring in, in general, a good amount of swamp creatures were defeated in 3 rounds. Thanks for the game.
Thanks for the game.
