I don't know, my computer keeps attacking my Castle, even when I have one unit and it has two or three, but not less. I lose in quick battles, but if I replay, I can win easily, although not always.;)

Regarding attacking the Castle, I did attack sometimes, but not as often as necessary. Moreover, I don't understand the battle tactics in sieging the computer's Castle. Once, I entered the Castle, and I only had 3, 4, 6, and 7 units (half of my total unit production of 7, and I didn't have enough money for the rest). I was playing as Elves, and the computer attacked me with the same number of units, but with 6 different unit types (except for Minotaurs, I think). Throughout the battle, it just sat behind the walls and watched me shoot at it. It didn't even bother to bring its dragons behind the walls. So, I just shot it down, with minimal losses, thanks to its archers. In other battles, it usually started fighting towards the end. But this case was unique. I know that the AI in Heroes 3 isn't great either, but at least there, you could set up 7 allied heroes on the high-level map and fight against them on a random map. Here, you can't do that yet, and you have to play against it 1v1. The most I've seen on maps is 1v1v2, but even that isn't a problem. I repeat, the difficulty in the Dungeon mission, where you had to break through an underground passage to another corner of the map, was impressive. It took me two days to complete it. Then, by some miracle, I found a powerful hero on the street and got a Unicorn Bow and a bunch of other "goodies" from him. I cleared the entire map except for one outpost. And then I read here that a certain patch was needed for that mission. I still don't understand what that patch does in that mission. :) And in general, the Dungeon was the most difficult for me to play, maybe because that Castle isn't very good:rolleyes:
