What needs to be fixed in the Tribes of the East in patch 3.1?

This is called a "literary translation" :) When a slightly modified phrase/name can sound better than a literally translated one. IMHO, "Rainbow Dragon" doesn't sound... But I agree with some things. For example, "Knights of Isabel" really bothers me; "Champions" would be much more appropriate.

The voice acting bug is well-known; nothing to add.

And the most important and fundamental thing I'm waiting for in the patch is a corrected balance. Forget about the "Knights of Isabel," but there are obvious flaws in the balance that are visible to the naked eye, and you could list them for a very, very long time. Well, beta testing is still ongoing (honestly, I'm a bit concerned about how long it's taking; it's been half a year... too long for the first patch for a strategy game).
