Guild of mercenaries.

I will try to explain my point of view. I personally have been invited by various clans, but I did not join for several reasons:
1. I have friends from different clans, and accepting one offer means refusing another.
2. In a clan, there will always be someone who would not suit me!
3. A clan is an extra hassle (charter, clan life, etc.)

But the advantages of mercenary life, as I see them:
1. Participation in tournaments that I cannot participate in without being in a clan.
2. Additional rewards.

You can't please everyone at once)... if they are friends, as you say, then their attitude towards you shouldn't change because of this (maybe just a slight offense, and even that only for a couple of days)... if not, then...

clan life... that's not a problem for those who visit the forum every day, post in threads, etc... they can also visit the clan site... I doubt being on it takes more time than on HeroesWorld...
the charter is the same... be good, don't insult anyone, and all that jazz..... although, taking your second point, it might be a bit difficult)... I haven't really thought about it much, because I don't harbor any particular dislike for anyone)... I like some people, I talk to others, I'm neutral towards others..... and everyone can be annoying at times, but I try not to pay attention to it =) and you can always talk about it, explain it to the person...

and about the advantages... well... inter-clan tournaments don't seem to happen very often, and there are no grails yet))) if they introduce them, that would be a different matter.....
P.S. there are also their own advantages in clans. IMO... your own team, a common cause, shared goals, various projects, you get closer to people... I communicate with many forum members, many are almost like friends, but the majority of them are my clanmates, because with them you not only chat and joke, but also collaborate on clan matters, and naturally, there is more communication)
