The Clans won't become empty! The whole point is to increase your chances of winning in a particular tournament. Let's say a new tournament is announced for Haven, but no one in our Clan knows how to play for Haven. That's where a mercenary guild comes in handy. Nevertheless, a Clan will still be better than mercenaries; it continues to develop, recruits new members, and so on. A mercenary can only improve their own skills. And if such a guild is created, there should be a manager appointed who knows the skill level of each mercenary, their strengths, and the Factions they play. So, this still needs to be discussed. But nevertheless, I am FOR creating a guild. If it doesn't prove its worth, then it can be disbanded. But you all don't even want to give it a chance to exist. P.S. I still think that the topic should be closed until the Grails appear; otherwise, it will only lead to arguments and no constructive suggestions.
There will be arguments and disagreements about choosing mercenaries. People are already lowering the Battle.net rating for every minor issue. I don't understand what's so terrible about the connection with Clans! Of course, why would players join a Clan if they can hire a bunch of mercenaries! But it's definitely interesting. Really, if you participate in tournaments, it should be for your own Clan! Anyway, figure it out yourselves.
