Guild of mercenaries.

That's how it is, so if newcomers aren't accepted into clan "X," they'll join a guild, or go straight to a guild. And qualified and experienced mercenaries will be needed, as mercenaries are, after all.

So, if your clan suddenly needs mercenary help and asks the guild, will it not choose a candidate itself, but agree with any candidate provided by the guild?

If not, and your clan will choose a suitable mercenary within the guild in this case, then this statement sounds a bit strange, or you just don't know how to choose:)

In general (in my opinion), a guild doesn't necessarily need to have strong mercenaries, and why shouldn't newcomers be allowed in there?
Let everyone who wants to join, and it's up to the clan to choose the one they need. Maybe they'll even develop some mercenary, and he'll become strong from being weak...

It seems everyone is just sitting in their own towers and not listening to each other:)
