Will humanity cease to exist? (No. 19, 20)

Without waiting for my opponent, I'll take the risk and start the argument first. The whole point about the "disappearance of humanity" is explained by the fact that: a) There are NO habitable and nearby planets. b) As far as I know, there will soon be problems with natural resources. c) Possible global warming. d) Problems with feeding all this crowd (6 billion, it seems). e) If they are fed, it will be with genetically modified food (there is a lot of it and it is cheap), and in the future, reproductive functions will cease after 3-4 generations. If necessary, I can provide even more arguments... So, what are the chances of humanity surviving, Mr. SteN?
