New forum skin – Discussion.

Okay, I've created a beta (and possibly final) version of the skin for the Elves. Please take a look and give me your feedback... (admin, I'm uploading the skin archive here)!!! The header and side images are also included. Criticism is welcome (this is my first time, so please be kind). Suggestions for changes are also welcome!
