By the way, regarding the Town Portal, if it's used in Castle Assault, there will be many problems. There's also a plus: the castle has an artifact shop (who knows what might drop there). There's a high chance of a critical hit. It will be difficult for the Necropolis to defend against it with minimal losses...
P.S.: Each faction has a strategic approach to dealing with the Necropolis. Although I consider Haven to be the WEAKEST opponent against the Necropolis.
