Where exactly are you planning to take your revenge?
And you're wrong about the defense – it's not -15%, but -30% to damage.
what does "planning" mean? I've already taken my revenge. There are magic shops on the map; I bought it for 15 crystals. + there are castles of all races on the map (as already mentioned – the map is huge). Learning it is not a problem at all, especially in the late game...
regarding defense – yes, I lied. 30%. but even that won't save the father of Russian democracy against an Orc. What is his attack on level 25? :) and a level 3 war cry will give +50% to the attack of the entire army. in total, the attack will be about 45.
right now, I think I'm at level 24, attack 6, defense 11. well, 11 + 30% = 15. will that be enough? I doubt it... but with light, I can level up ANY mass defensive spells. including +12 to defense. true, I'll have to spend half a turn activating it.
I already have Combat Alchemy.
2 remaining skills – expert logistics and expert light. without perks.
but there are a couple of trees nearby, so I'll get at least +2 perks.

In order not to engage in disputes and unnecessary discussions, I suggest the following:
Max512 will play with his friend, as he intended, leveling up Combat Alchemy and light. He saves the replay of the final battle and posts it for everyone to see on the forum. Then everything will be clear.
tell me what you call a replay here and where I can get it?
final saves?
instructions, please :)

If you're going to level up the 3rd magic (I never do this for any race), I would level up chaos. Necropolis has strong magic. Therefore, there is no need to wait for the enemy to deserve divine retribution.
Necropolis will not be as good in chaos as Might and Magic. besides, it doesn't have the ability to cast 10 times per turn, so you need to choose the most necessary spells. preference – those that only throw back for 0.5 turns, i.e., mass spells and Combat Alchemy. accordingly, chaos is not the optimal choice for me; I simply won't be able to use it often enough.
and regarding "no need to wait" – that's not up to me. Barbarian lives by attack, and losses are inevitable. and significant ones at that. and since losses will happen anyway, you need to take advantage of that. I hope no one will argue that revenge is the MOST adequate response to losses in the game? :smile10:
