Guild of mercenaries.

I see that not many forum users are writing in this thread! Perhaps many people will disagree with the mercenary guild. In my opinion, it will be a waste of time! Of course, I've recruited mercenaries! I myself will join the mercenaries! But there will be no attachment to a clan! Clans will become empty! Or only mercenaries will play for them. No, this is nonsense.

Why will there be disagreement? I, for example, am not against it. But the institution of mercenaries needs to be defined more clearly and understandably. For example, I understand how a mercenary is used in online tournaments. But will they be used in official tournaments? If so, how?
I have nothing against the guild itself, because if there is a need for mercenaries, then let them organize. This is a natural process, and no administrative measures can stop it.
