2Ta Kotoraya... The idea is simple. A young clan of newcomers, wanting to gain recognition, could hire a mercenary to participate in a tournament to earn grails (if, of course, the idea survives...) and so on.
It's easy for the EPU clan to talk, as they have many strong players. But what about a clan of newcomers? No strong players will join them right away...
So, I don't think the issue of strong players, and especially inviting them, is a valid one. Those who want to, will find a way. Those who don't, will find an excuse.
If a clan wants to have strong players in its ranks, it can either develop its own OR invite already established "monsters" - no one forbids them from doing this, right? And the idea that they won't join a newcomer clan is nonsense. The leader must find arguments, choose the right moment to invite them, and use all available means (if he really needs this player!)
I also don't have any acquaintances among players on other resources - but it turned out that we have invited players... And, I must say, almost all of them have integrated wonderfully and actively into the team ;)
P.S. All of the above is IMHO. My opinion should not be associated with anything else.
