Heroes of the Academy - Academy

I was recently wondering about something... I was asked why I don't play with Faizel. And you know, I couldn't answer... So I wanted to hear your opinions about this hero.
Personally, I think his ability seems quite strange... Maybe I'm not understanding something?...
