That's exactly the point: this person doesn't want to be an official tournament organizer because this status might entail certain responsibilities. Okay, let me give another example:
The aforementioned "competent organizer" decides to hold a large-scale international/inter-forum tournament. Prizes and everything else will be provided by external sponsors, and the "official" status is only needed for the prestige of the players. In other words, only the "official" prefix is needed :), and instead of Grails, there will be other rewards. Is this even possible, or will it have to be held under the "fan" banner?
