Darkness or Light? Philosophy in Knights of the Old Republic.

I disagree with you about the Sith and Jedi. Sith don't know how to love, while Jedi do (although this isn't in their code and often leads them to the dark side :(). For a Sith, power is the main thing, and they don't know what mercy is, while mercy is a core principle for a Jedi.
We could discuss this for a long time :).
P.S. Anakin Skywalker, for example, was a good person, but the fear of loss twisted him.
P.P.S. Of course, being such a closed-off Jedi, like Bastila (at the very beginning), is also foolish.
