Education is a versatile skill that is beneficial for both warrior and mage races. However, it levels up much easier for mages. +10 stats at level 20 is more than great. In principle, since we're talking about the campaign, it's quite possible to gather 40+ attack for Goshaku there, although this is closer to the end. One of my heroes had 26 attack and 16 defense by level 18, taking into account several minor artifacts (the bonus from them was not large). However, his spell power was 2, and knowledge was 3. Blood Fury is a very useful perk and doesn't have any drawbacks, as it might seem at first glance. It's like an equation in mathematics that we multiply by 1.5 (+50%) to make the solution easier. The only thing this perk gives us is that rage levels are gained faster. And that's worth it, IMHO. Although, if we're playing in the late game and we get Education, we can go into Mentorship and create a few extra hundred goblins.
