Discussion about Dungeon (Dark Elves).

I have a question about the super ability (the one in the professional and special skills at the very end, with the exclamation mark). Basically, I decided to try and unlock this super ability, just to see what it looks like. I read on the forum that to get it, you need to take Logistics, Machines, Education, and Luck. I was playing as Synitar. I leveled him up to level 40, but I still didn't get the super ability :(
Can you tell me what's wrong? Maybe I need to take different skills to get it? Where can I read about this? And maybe there's information about this for other factions as well.
