Lost due to a very unexpected arrival of my opponent. At the end of the game, I made two mistakes – I didn't buy troops in the capital, even though there was some gold and for 10000 gold I could have hired an army that would have greatly harassed my opponent, and I didn't build a mage guild in my secondary town, resulting in Monere having insufficient mana, and he lost. Another couple of days, and I would have taken the utopia – then the result could have been different.

In the first week, I found external dwellings of Evil Eyes and Troglodytes, built levels 1-6 with a citadel, captured a second town – Castle.
In the second week, I captured a third town – Swamp, built a castle in the capital.
At the start of the third week, I bought the entire army and moved towards my opponent. On day 136 I attacked his castle with Kyre. Hero stats were roughly equal, my army was larger, especially many Evil Eyes, upgraded (almost 50), Minotaurs (11), Manticores (6), Queen Medusas (8), Infernal Troglodytes (100), maybe some other small units – I don't remember, Kyre had 16 Grand Elves, 6 Unicorns, 22 Dendroid Guards, 20 Dwarves, 20 Centaurs, 16 Silver Pegasi. (All numbers are approximate). As a result of a long and interesting battle, I had to retreat with 8 Evil Eyes, my opponent had 3 Dendroid Guards left.
We started, effectively, from scratch. In the fourth week, I decided to build Wyverns in the town, take the beehives (I saw 2), Conservatory. I penetrated the treasury zone – I took another 2 beehives there, Conservatory, built Dragons in the capital, as well as Wyverns with a citadel.
I returned to the capital at the end of the fifth week, gathered the entire army, and went through the main guard to my opponent. I took his capital, then I saw Kyre, who had penetrated my territory. I returned and destroyed him – I had a huge advantage in army strength.
