Well, I think here we are talking about the overall strength of a unit in the army, and El Feroz is more likely considering what would happen if dragons fought one-on-one, although personally, I would bet on the red-eyed cyclops; it's a tough unit.
I don't understand. So, are you saying that the red-eyed cyclops is stronger than the Arcat dragon (or the lava dragon)? Maybe only if it goes into a rage - then yes. But the rage effect of orcs still pales in comparison to the effect of rune magic in dwarves. A dwarf can cast a rune of invulnerability on the dragon, or even better, a rune of double attack - then no rage will save it!
