Started right away. Ended up with 40 archers with an upgrade on the first turn. 113 barbarian fluorite golem. Spent the whole week there defending, the gnome lair dropped 30 with a buffed unit, and the medusa lair had 6. 121 retreated home, 122 took a den with 6 harpies. On the first castle, I built cavalry, on the second, angels and a native fluorite golem; there, I took a bank with 4 units and 2 necropolises. On the third turn, I ran to Gurnisson's castle with an advanced ballista and mass haste. I didn't have enough moves to take it on turn 137. Gurnisson attacked on turn 141 with a red rush.
