Current analysis of offline tournaments.

I think it would be useful to post here a list of what's missing to implement the idea, broken down point by point. As mentioned above, it's 95% complete; the remaining 5% is not much. This is to make it clear what needs to be done and to start finishing it... Otherwise, half the people are in the dark... And maybe they could help with something.
Just to clarify, regarding the post by the respected VDV_forever, were you perhaps referring to this?:)
