Voting. Round 2 "Recruit Set"

Oh, I really don't want to continue this. I wasn't targeting anyone specifically. There are forum rules. And, ultimately, there's netiquette, which I can even provide a link to:

It's all been described many times. Personal attacks and flame wars. If people can't behave peacefully, what else can be done? Flooding is fine, but if it gets too heated, it's a problem. I understand that you shouldn't impose your own rules on others, but I would still recommend taking a look at the moderation style on Exler's forum. There are many intelligent, mature, and fun people there. Successful people. Who could argue even more fiercely. None of this happens simply because of careful and methodical moderation, supported by strict forum rules. At the same time, it doesn't turn the forum into a barracks. Monsieur Shnurov won't let me lie. Maybe it's worth trying to move in that direction?
