So, everyone stuck to their opinion:D Play cards a bit more, it's quite interesting. The tactics are different. And your attitude towards artifacts changes.
Have you ever been in a situation where you see a cool artifact (like Angel Wings or Archmage's Hat) and go for it, but at the last moment (when you're very close to it), an enemy hero takes the artifact. He has lost a significant part of his army, and you could attack him. And you could easily defeat him (because your army is much stronger and you have the Golden Bow), but he retreats. He retreats to his castle, gathers an army, and starts flying around the map, collecting cool artifacts and an even cooler army (because, like any normal player, he has Diplomacy leveled up). In the end, his superiority over you becomes overwhelming, and you lose. This has happened to me dozens of times. If there were Shackles of War, this wouldn't have happened, as you hopefully understand.
