Which third-level creature is the best?

PaXapb, Dirty Player, it depends on how you evaluate an unprovoked attack. If you value it highly, then there's no point in arguing, as I have my own price for an unprovoked attack. I personally value a retaliatory attack against griffons much more than an unprovoked attack.
