Is there a need for such a tournament?

I absolutely agree with Ghost regarding the poll; many might simply be put off by the hassle of downloading. For example, I'm still on the fence about whether I even need it, as it would involve jumping from one place to another. Although Adelaide said that it's all done simply – "install, uninstall," and that's it – I'm still in favor of a more conservative approach regarding this patch. I'll probably wait for 3.1 and see what the developers offer in terms of balancing.
However, I really liked the idea of the tournament, and moreover, I wouldn't delay its launch too much. Its structure is different from the vampire one, and sometimes variety can even help achieve more significant results.
