Deinler, Death Knights, are “created” using a special mod built into the game – in exactly the same way, other similar mods can be used to add new creatures, swap their positions, change their characteristics, appearance, texture (I mainly use mods like these), game balance, and much more. It seems there is an entire group of talented individuals on the Nival forum whose creations add interesting changes to the game. If you have the desire, you could even add Pokémon.
