Artifacts in Heroes III.

You know, I actually like the artifact Shackles of War. In some situations, it can be better than the Cloak of the Undead King, MoD, and AA combined!!

That's the problem, "In some"... And as I already wrote, this is an artifact with a catch... ;) You end up in the hands of a stronger opponent with it, and that's it...
