What's the point of such a vest? Okay, I'll wear it for a birthday party. I won't drink it all; I'll pour a little on the vest and send it to you. Will that work?

Oh, you extravagant one! Why pour it on the vest? After you drink it all, breathe on the vest (preferably a couple of times).
Instructions:
1) First, make sure that the item you're holding is actually a vest and that it's actually yours.
2) Aim carefully (at the vest).
3) Make sure it's still a vest (not a cop, otherwise your night (or pleasant evening) will be spent in a sobering-up room).
4) If you're feeling unwell, skip this step. Take a deep breath, concentrate on the vest, and exhale the contents of your mouth and lungs with a "whoosh" sound.
