Yesterday, while flipping through channels, I stumbled upon a music channel that, for some reason, was showing old Soviet cartoons. They were showing "Uncle Fedor," which we all loved as kids. So, I dug out this picture book from the depths of my closet and read it. Now, it seems so strange to me. Uspensky is just amazing. Uncle Fedor came to the village and asked the watchman if there was a free house where he could live. Of course, there was. And it even had a TV, a radio, and all sorts of stuff. And a garden with vegetables. It's just that half the village moved to live in an apartment building. Apparently, they decided to earn money for a new life. And then they were looking for money and found a great solution – to find a treasure. The boy dug in the ground for half an hour, and guess what? He found a chest with money! It was so funny to read. And how he sent a hundred rubles to the factory so they would send him a fun tractor. If the tractor costs less than a hundred, they should send him the change. Wow, what a great book.
