“Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East”

I have a question: In the last mission underground, there are castles. I managed to defeat all of them, but I can't seem to win with the Orcs. I lose without much of a chance. Has anyone actually won with them?

I also noticed that on difficulty level 3, the battle with the Orcs is too difficult.
It seems like everything is fine, but as soon as the turn of the demonesses who tempt my cyclops comes...
The most interesting thing is that there is a hero standing nearby with a huge number of cyclops. What are they for if he doesn't even join the battle?
